Each city is represented by the arithmetic mean of five Dodecad K12b-derived components published by AzerbaijanDNA. The map compares those five-value profiles using Euclidean distance.
Lower distance means two published averages look more similar. This is not FST, G25 distance, or evidence that every resident shares the same ancestry.
